This policy explains which data CS Studio may process and how you can exercise your rights.

2. Data concerned
The contact form collects data you provide voluntarily: name, email address, company, project type, estimated budget and message.
3. Purpose and legal basis
The information is used only to respond to a commercial enquiry, assess the project and prepare pre-contractual discussions.
4. Recipients and retention
Data sent by email is only accessible to authorised people at CS Studio and technical providers strictly required for email delivery. No sale of personal data is planned.
Data may be retained for up to three years after the last commercial contact, unless the law requires otherwise or you request deletion.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data and object to certain processing by writing to bonjour@cs-studio.fr.
You may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
