This policy explains which data CS Studio may process and how you can exercise your rights.

1. Data controller

The controller is the entity operating CS Studio. Full legal information will be added to the legal notice before production.

2. Data concerned

The contact form collects data you provide voluntarily: name, email address, company, project type, estimated budget and message.

Email delivery: without a configured form service, the site opens your email client with this information prefilled. You then control and confirm the delivery. If a form provider is enabled, this policy must identify it before use.

3. Purpose and legal basis

The information is used only to respond to a commercial enquiry, assess the project and prepare pre-contractual discussions.

4. Recipients and retention

Data sent by email is only accessible to authorised people at CS Studio and technical providers strictly required for email delivery. No sale of personal data is planned.

Data may be retained for up to three years after the last commercial contact, unless the law requires otherwise or you request deletion.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data and object to certain processing by writing to bonjour@cs-studio.fr.

You may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.

This page will be updated if a form service, analytics or any new data processing is introduced.
